The American Council of the Blind of Texas (ACBT) is throwing their 45th Conference/Convention. It’s happening at the Doubletree by Hilton in San Antonio from August 24-27, 2023. If you’ve been before, it’s the same place they had it in 2014, now with free parking, internet, and a ride to the airport.
This year’s theme is all about better accessibility, and there’s going to be a bunch of helpful talks and sessions. Expect fun stuff too like a boat tour, a special escape room, and even a carnival on Friday night.
David Trott from ACB will be there to talk, and you can also join in on auctions or buy a ticket to win some cool prizes like a grill.
